Most ERP implementations fail in the planning phase.
Ours don’t.
Zerone HiTech has delivered enterprise ERP implementations across the Gulf for over 20 years. Our methodology is built on what actually causes implementations to fail — and designed to prevent it.
Implementation Risk Is Manageable. Most Partners Don’t Manage It.
The majority of ERP implementation failures are not technology failures. They are process failures — inadequate discovery, scope creep, poor change management, and handoff between implementation and support teams that leaves clients without proper coverage at go-live.
Zerone’s implementation methodology is built around eliminating these failure points — not by claiming they don’t exist, but by systematically addressing each one before it becomes a problem.
How Zerone Delivers — Phase by Phase
Enterprise Implementations. Delivered by People Who’ve Done It Before.
Every Zerone implementation is led by consultants with direct, hands-on experience across multiple enterprise ERP engagements. Not graduates following a playbook — practitioners who have managed the complexity of real-world implementations across large organisations in the Gulf region.

Every Type of Implementation. One Experienced Partner.
New Implementations
First-time ERP deployment — from selection and scoping through full go-live. Zerone implements Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Business Central, and Oracle platforms for organisations moving from legacy systems or spreadsheets to a proper enterprise ERP.
Re-Implementations
When an existing ERP implementation is not delivering — due to poor initial configuration, accumulated workarounds, or a system that was never properly set up — Zerone re-implements to the correct standard without a disruptive full replacement.
Consolidations
Multiple business units or entities running separate ERP instances — consolidated onto a single platform with standardised processes, unified reporting, and shared infrastructure. Complexity managed, not avoided.
Global Roll-Outs
Template-based rollout of a standard ERP configuration across multiple sites and geographies — maintaining global process standardisation while accommodating legitimate regional variation in compliance and operations.
Version Upgrades
Upgrading from legacy Navision or older Dynamics versions to current Business Central or D365 F&O — Zerone’s experience across both the old and new platforms makes upgrade risk significantly lower than working with a new-platform-only partner.
Module Extensions
Extending an existing ERP with additional modules — adding HCM and payroll to a Finance implementation, extending Business Central with LS Central for retail, or adding Power Platform capabilities on top of an existing D365 environment.
