Global Process Definition & Design
Enterprise processes are defined and designed before configuration begins — covering all entities, locations, and business units in scope. For multi-site organisations, global process standardisation is completed before regional variation is addressed.

Pilot Implementation
Before full-scale rollout, we execute a controlled pilot — implementing and testing processes with a representative subset of your data and users. Issues are identified and resolved in the pilot environment where changes are inexpensive, not in production where they are not.

Configuration & Data Migration

User Acceptance Testing & Training

Go-Live & Global Rollout
Cutover is managed by the Zerone team on-site. For multi-site organisations, a strategic rollout plan deploys to subsequent locations in a sequenced, controlled manner — applying lessons from each site to the next.

New Implementations

First-time ERP deployment — from selection and scoping through full go-live. Zerone implements Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Business Central, and Oracle platforms for organisations moving from legacy systems or spreadsheets to a proper enterprise ERP.

Re-Implementations

When an existing ERP implementation is not delivering — due to poor initial configuration, accumulated workarounds, or a system that was never properly set up — Zerone re-implements to the correct standard without a disruptive full replacement.

Consolidations

Multiple business units or entities running separate ERP instances — consolidated onto a single platform with standardised processes, unified reporting, and shared infrastructure. Complexity managed, not avoided.

Global Roll-Outs

Template-based rollout of a standard ERP configuration across multiple sites and geographies — maintaining global process standardisation while accommodating legitimate regional variation in compliance and operations.

Version Upgrades

Upgrading from legacy Navision or older Dynamics versions to current Business Central or D365 F&O — Zerone’s experience across both the old and new platforms makes upgrade risk significantly lower than working with a new-platform-only partner.
