Licuas Environment is an infrastructure and environmental services provider operating in Qatar, part of the international LICUAS Group and of Black Pearl Holding LLC. Its work spans water treatment and pipeline integrity, drainage networks, operations and maintenance, civil works and facility management — the kind of multi-site, contract-driven delivery that places heavy demands on financial control, procurement and workforce administration.
Why a Unified ERP Platform

Procurement, vendor management, inventory and warehouse operations connected directly to finance, so that requisitions, purchase orders, receipts and invoices follow a single controlled flow rather than sitting in disconnected records.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations
Project structures, budgets, resourcing, work breakdown and project accounting in one place — allowing project managers and finance to work from the same numbers, and giving leadership visibility of contract profitability as work progresses.
Zerone HCM — HR and Payroll
Workforce management delivered through Zerone HCM, Zerone HiTech’s own ISV solution built natively on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. It covers the full employee lifecycle — recruitment and onboarding, time and attendance, leave, performance, employee self-service, and payroll configured for GCC requirements including end-of-service benefits and Wage Protection System compliance.
Because Zerone HCM sits on the same platform as finance, payroll postings, project labour costs and employee records share one data model. There is no interface to maintain and no reconciliation between HR and finance systems.
